Leeds has been chosen as the Yorkshire regional venue to host the major arts project ‘Artists taking the lead’ as part of the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad. Connect at Christmas

Celebrating pantomimes in Suffolk
As the Pantomime season approaches, The Theatre Royal has a classic production of 'Jack and the Beanstalk' which will run from 4 December to 17 January 2010. Throughout Suffolk, there are local communities and amateur dramatic societies who are also preparing for their shows, many of which historically play after Christmas.
The Theatre Royal would like to link up with as many societies and groups as possible and see whether they can help each other and celebrate the wealth of pantomimes across the region.
To register your interest in this project, please contact Lucy at The Theatre Royal.
